GOLDEN HARVEST POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes, cooked until tender
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. relish
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. mustard
3 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Boil potatoes until tender. Remove from pan and let cool. Peel and cut into bite size pieces, mix all other ingredients in bowl. Add potatoes and mix lightly but thoroughly. Let set overnight.
