GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
Chopped parsley (opt.)

Pare potatoes, cut into wedges. Combine flour, grated cheese, salt and pepper in a bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag, coating potatoes with cheese mixture. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Place potatoes in a layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
