BLUEBERRY BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix eggs, sugar, butter and milk. Add sifted, dry ingredients, stirring only until blended. Flour blueberries and fold into mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour.
