LONDON BROIL KABOBS 
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix marinade ingredients in a shaker or with wire whisk. Place beef cubes in container with a leak proof lid. Pour marinade over beef. Refrigerate for at least two days, turning the bowl once each day.

1-1 1/2 lb. London Broil steak, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
1 lg. bell pepper, cut into 2 inch squares
1 med. onion, cut into squares

Alternate meat, pepper cube, onion cube and mushroom on skewers. Cook on grill (or broil in oven) 7-10 minutes or until steak is done to your taste.
