STEWED OKRA WITH CRAB AND SHRIMP 
3-4 lb. okra
2 lb. shrimp
1 doz. crab
Smoke sausage
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 bunch or parsley
1 sm. bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. liquid crab boil
Salt & pepper

Fry okra until all roppy slime is gone (golden brown). Saute seasoning. Fry smoke sausages. Add all above ingredients (except shrimp and crab) in large pot, cook for 30-40 minutes. Add shrimp and crabs, cook 20-30 minutes more or until shrimp and crabs are done. Serves 8-10 people.
