HOT MILK CINNAMON CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

1st - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 cups flour.

2nd - Heat 1 cup of milk and 1 stick of butter (do not boil). Mix with above ingredients (put in cake pan - 9 x 13 inch).

3rd - Mix together 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Pour on top of batter, bake 30 minutes (save some of the cinnamon and sugar).

4th - Remove cake after 30 minutes. Melt 1/2 stick of butter (mix with remaining cinnamon and sugar and pour on cake, turn oven off and put cake back in for 5 minutes.
