T.'S CRAB STEW 
4 strips bacon
1-2 lbs. crab meat
3 med. potatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 celery ribs, diced
1 med. onion, diced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 gal. milk or add to suit thickness
2 tbsp. butter
1 sprig parsley, chopped

Fry bacon strips; set aside. Boil potatoes, celery, onion and pepper in covered pot until potatoes are soft; pour off water. Add crab meat, salt and pepper. Pour in milk. Over low heat, add butter and bacon grease, if desired. Add chopped parsley (optional).
