HONEY - PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
1 cup flaked coconut (optional)

Combine honey, peanut butter, non-fat dry milk, and cereal.

Spread coconut evenly on wax paper or plastic wrap. Shape dough into small balls and roll in coconut to coat.

Place balls on plastic wrap and refrigerate.

White Karo syrup may be used in place of the honey or substitute 1/2 honey and 1/2 Karo syrup.

Note: wax paper, parchment paper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil may be used interchangeably for this recipe.

Super yummy and easy to make ! Instead of coconut, I just crunched up some peanut butter cups and rolled the balls in that. Ahhh ! Lovvvve it ! Thank youuuu :):)

This is very similar to the recipe I learned in the 2nd grade! It quickly became the staple recipe I made all the time by myself. It used Karo syrup and didn't have the rice krispies (though they sound like a nice addition for a yummy texture.) Very yummy candy. Fun for kids to help with!
