PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN BALLS 
2 c. sugar
2 c. Blackburn syrup
2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
20 c. popped corn (3 c. unpopped)

Cook sugar and syrup to hard-ball stage on candy thermometer. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popped corn and shape into balls.

Yields approximately 40 balls.
