WORLD'S BEST APPLE PIE CRUST 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

6 c. apples
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Stir and toss with fork the flour, oil, water and salt. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper after dividing dough in half. Put one crust in pie pan.

For filling, peel and cut up the apples and mix with the flour, honey, cinnamon, lemon juice, and butter. Put in pie pan and cover with second crust. Make a few slits in the top and flute edges. Bake at 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
