HAM & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced ham
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked (I use curly noodles)
1 c. diced cheese (American or Velveeta)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Mix ingredients together and place in buttered casserole dish (large or 2 small). Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

This was pretty good! It was easy to make too. I used Velveeta, and my picky eaters commented that the sauce was a bit too thick. So, I will try it again using just a bit more milk to thin the sauce some. Thanks again, cooks.com, for a good recipe that my picky eaters will eat!
