HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. noodles
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. ham, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan. Add flour and milk. Stir until thickens into sauce. Stir in cheese until melted. Add diced ham. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package and drain. Pour sauce over noodles in casserole dish. Top with crushed Corn Flakes, cracker crumbs, etc. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.
