EASY HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. noodles (elbow, flat)
4 1/2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. skim milk
6 oz. cubed ham, cooked
2 c. any vegetable, cooked
1 1/2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles. In medium size bowl, combine flour, mustard and spices; slowly whisk milk and set aside. When noodles are done, drain and combine with ham and vegetable; add milk mixture and stir well. Spoon into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
