BAKED PANKO TILAPIA | |
3 or 4 fresh tilapia fillets olive oil Panko bread crumbs Goya Adobo seasoning (optional) 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. black pepper Preheat oven to 425°F. In a Pyrex pan, baste olive oil with a brush. Set aside. Prepare a breading plate with Panko bread crumbs. Season bread crumbs with Adobo, if desired. In a medium sized bowl break four eggs. Season eggs with black pepper, then beat the eggs together with with black pepper with a fork. Rinse the fish under water. Pat fish dry with a paper towel. Immerse the fish in egg mixture (both sides), then place fish in Panko mixture (both sides). Place fish in Pyrex pan and bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 2 to 4. Variation: You can for additional flavor, season the bread crumbs with different seasonings for individual taste. Submitted by: P. Ley-Harris |
