CLAM CAKES | |
2 1/2 c. sifted flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 beaten eggs 2/3 c. clam broth 1/2 c. milk Combine all ingredients. Mix in 2 cups minced clams. Deep fry at 350 degrees. Makes very light clam cakes. |
