CREAM CHEESE OLIVE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. olives, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. juice from olives
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Mix remainder of ingredients. Can do the night before.

We love this, however I use perhaps a half cup (or more) of chopped Kalamata Olives.
For a delicious 'treat', skip the mayonnaise and use as a bread spread.
A hearty dark bread, such as cocktail rye or cocktail pumpernickel is wonderful as is any crusty type to properly hold the spread.
