My friend always makes this dip for me! Serve with a good quality cracker or melba toast. It's amazing and a perfect addition to a glass of wine or martini. :)

This is one of our favorite hors d'oeuvres recipes. It is addictive! Giving it a few hours for the flavors to blend is very important...night before is probably best.

Yummy! Went over very well with everyone at the party (well those who liked olives) I added green olives and chopped onions as well.

We love this, however I use perhaps a half cup (or more) of chopped Kalamata Olives.
For a delicious 'treat', skip the mayonnaise and use as a bread spread.
A hearty dark bread, such as cocktail rye or cocktail pumpernickel is wonderful as is any crusty type to properly hold the spread.

Also good with Kings hawaiian bread!!
