NOODLE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (Rice's mild)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
2 slightly beaten eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 lb. cubed or shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook and drain noodles. Cook pork sausage and onions until lightly browned. Drain grease. Combine sausage, soup, eggs, milk, cheese and noodles. Place in greased casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

So easy, and delicious. I used four different random cheeses because...well, that's all I had, and it turned out amazing, I also used cream of chicken soup because again, that's all I had. This is a great recipe that can be adjusted to fit what you have in your cupboard.
