ANNA'S SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 lb. sausage or bacon (link sausage should be sliced & bacon crumbled - your choice of meat)
1 sm. or 1/2 lg. head cabbage, browned in butter in covered pan.
Optional: buttered crumbs or grated cheese for topping

Combine sausage, or bacon drained, with noodles and cooked cabbage in covered baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs or cheese and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Can also be made in large pan and just simmer to blend flavors.
