6 bunches radishes, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 lg. carton sour cream
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean and slice radishes thinly. Put radishes in bowl and mix with 2 teaspoons salt. Let set at room temperature for 2 hours. Pour water off radishes and drain well. Mix sliced green onions, sour cream, and vinegar into radishes and salt and pepper to taste.
