BREADED ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, bone in
3 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large sandwich bag place bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Seal. Shake until thoroughly mixed.

In a dish beat eggs. Dip pork chops into the egg wash. Make sure they are totally covered with egg wash. Place chops in bag, shake until totally covered. Place on baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, turning at 15 minutes.
