MINCED CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 cans minced clams, undrained
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
9 crackers, crushed (milk crackers work best, but Saltines will do)
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.

(N.B., You can also add onion powder and/or Mrs. Dash seasoned salt and/or black pepper.)
