MINCED CLAM CASSEROLE 
Heat 1 3/4 cups milk. Melt 1 stick butter and add to milk. Beat 2 eggs and mix with 2 cups cracker crumbs, 2 cans minced clams. Add 1/2 teaspoon onion salt and a shake of celery seed. Add milk and butter mixture. Place in casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
