HERB BATTER BREAD 
4-4 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. milk
1 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme

Combine herbs and 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, yeast. Combine and heat milk, water, honey, butter. Add to dry ingredients and blend on low, then on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup flour and beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour for stiff dough; beat well.

Cover and let rise 1 hour. Stir batter down and beat about 1/2 minute. Turn into greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
