NO KNEAD BATTER BREAD | |
1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1/3 c. cooking oil 1 egg, beaten 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar 2 1/2 c. flour Soften yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl; add oil, egg, milk, salt, sugar and flour. Mix well; spoon into greased bread pan. Shape top of loaf with floured hands; let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bread tests done. |
