SWEDISH RUSKS 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped, blanched almonds
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour

Form a loaf and bake on a cookie sheet 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Slice and toast 15 minutes on each side in a 300 degree oven.
