2 rusks 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. sugar Pinch of salt Separate the egg yolk from the white. Beat yolk with milk, sugar and vanilla and salt. Beat egg white until stiff. Place rusk on saucer. Pour yolk mixture over rusk and top with egg white. Makes 2 servings. |
