CRANBERRY RUSK SALAD 
1 bag cranberries
1 container Holland rusks
2 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream
2 c. sugar

Grind rusks in bowl and set aside. Grind cranberries and mix with 2 cups sugar. Set aside. Whip cream. Select clear glass bowl to show off layers.

Layer rusks, cranberries, and cream; end with cream layer sprinkled with crumbs of rusk.

Very easy and very pretty!
