NO KNEADING BREAD 
1 qt. warm water
3 envelopes dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
10-12 c. flour

Put yeast, shortening, sugar, and salt in lukewarm water. Let yeast dissolve. Gradually add flour. Let rise until double. Punch down, form into 4 loaf pans and let rise again (covered with a cloth) about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Great for toast.
