NO KNEAD YEAST BREAD 
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour

Beat until smooth. Cover. Let stand in warm place 15 minutes.

1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. soft shortening

Beat 2 minutes with a mixer. Gradually stir in 3 1/2 cups flour. Form into smooth ball on well-floured surface. Cover with a bowl. Rest 10 minutes.

Roll out to a 1/2 inch thickness. Fold in half, then roll again. Repeat 4 more times. Shape into 2 balls, cover with bowl, let rest 10 minutes. Shape into 2 loaves, rise 45 to 60 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove immediately.
