Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

Pretty tasty. I did end up adding a freshly crushed garlic clove in addition to the powder. Broiled the chicken (skinless) while continuously basting it. Initially I was concerned about how much chili sauce went into it. Personally I liked the extra heat - it goes well with the sweetness. It was too spicy for my parent's taste so I may cut the chili sauce down to 1 tsp next time. Highly recommended.

My family liked this recipe very much. One star off for the messiness factor. I didn't have chili sauce but used ketchup and a little sweet pickle relish instead. Also used olive oil and minced fresh garlic and ginger. Thanks:-D

I made this last night for dinner and my family loved it! Great recipe! Now I have another way of making drumsticks if I don't feel like making gravy.

Great recipe! I was skeptical when I saw, but decided to try and everybody loved it!
Chili sauce, ginger and honey combination is perfect for juicy drumsticks. I recommend refrigerating in a zip-lock for better coverage.

It's was great! I marinated the chicken for 8 hours in a ziploc bag and baked it in a baking dish instead of a broiler pan. It came out great. The skin was crispy and flavorful and meat was tender and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite recipes. And makes great for leftovers.
