I added sweet and sour to give it an asian-style flavor. Also I put red pepper flakes.

I doubled the sauce because I was making it with thighs instead. It turned out pretty well for the first time around. Def. going on my bookmark list. :D Made my dad happy that there is something else I can make with the chicken besides chicken curry and chicken teriyaki.

So Good! For the sauce I used Panda Express Orange Chicken sauce, organic honey, and half soy sauce half teriyaki sauce, handful of dried red pepper, and garlic powder. I've already made it twice.

I substituted for chicken thighs also. I was really OCD about glazing the chicken. I just used a baster and every so often reapplied more of the juice. I also baked them longer at a higher temperature and added a dollop of more marmalade to the top of each thigh 5 minutes before I pulled it out. was very good served over brown rice!

I rubbed the chicken legs with grill mates steak rub in place of the salt and pepper to give it a little more pizazz. I also replaced the honey with Agave In The Raw. It smells amazing when cooking! It's cooking now so I can't taste it but I'm sure it will taste as good as it smells. Has been cooking for 40 minutes on 425 degrees now, basting every 10 minutes. It still has blood in the middle. But it's close to being done. Note: Using propane oven. Not sure if it makes a difference though. :)

I just tried this. I tested the marmalade sauce and it was wonderful! I can't wait to put it on the chicken, even so I can't wait for my husband to come home and try it too. I know the kids are going to love it. My 4 year old already loves the marmalade sauce and he's happy because he got to help make it and it was so easy for him to do. We're going to make this again. Thank you so much!
