CHEESE, BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onions 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter Sauté celery and onions in butter; set aside. 2 cups cooked rice 8 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, uncovered. |
