BROCCOLI CHEESE AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
16 oz. frozen broccoli
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (use empty soup can)
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all except butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour - 1/2 hour covered; stir - 1/2 hour uncovered.
