PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 sm. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 c. oil (also grease bundt pan with a little of this oil) 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Cinnamon Sugar 7/8 c. sour cream 1/8 c. milk Mix together sour cream and milk. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, and vanilla with mixer. Slowly add sour cream and milk mixture. Blend in. Pour 1/3 batter into pan. Sprinkle with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat 2 more times, sprinkling top with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
