PISTACHIO NUT SWIRL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
7 drops green food coloring
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix all ingredients and beat well. For Swirl Mixture, combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Pour half of cake mixture in a greased tube pan, then add swirl mixture, and then the rest of the cake mix. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
