PISTACHIO NUT SWIRL CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. oil 1/2 tsp. almond extract Mix together everything, then in a separate bowl: 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Pour 1/3 batter into greased tube pan. Sprinkle nut mixture (about 1/2). Pour remaining batter on top. Put rest of nut mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. |
