SPINACH CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 (9") pie shell
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 boxes chopped, cooked & well drained spinach
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
5 1/2 oz. cream cheese, chopped
10-12 thin slices of Provolone cheese

Bake pie shell according to directions, remove from oven and line with approximately 6 slices or provolone. Saute onion in butter and add well drained spinach, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cook on low for approximately 10 minutes. Add chopped cream cheese, stir until melted and add lemon juice. Top with remaining provolone cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
