| EASY MEAT LOAF | |

2 lbs hamburger 1 cup bread crumbs (any kind) 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix 3 eggs about 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce Mix all together. Then put it in a meat loaf pan. Bake in oven (about 375°F) for 45 minutes. Then remove and cover top with spaghetti sauce about 1/4 inch thick. Then place back in oven for another 15 to 20 minutes. This makes a nice firm meat loaf that we all love to eat with some mashed taters and veggies. Submitted by: Daniel | |
