MILD PICANTE SAUCE 
4 qts. peeled red ripe tomatoes
3 med. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground oregano (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 med. green bell peppers, chopped
1 lg. or 2 sm. jalapenos, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients in large kettle and boil until tender and thickened. Pour into prepared jars and seal.

Makes about 4 quarts.
