PICANTE SAUCE 
1 qt. tomatoes, juice included
1 lg. onion
Jalapenos to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. lime juice
Cilantro to taste (optional)

(Use canned tomatoes, home canned are best). Chop ingredients and heat to boiling. Pack in pint jars and seal.
