GRILLED SHRIMP WITH WINE MARINADE | |
1/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 tbsp. minced dry onion 1/2 tsp. dried basil (1 tsp. if fresh) 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary 1/4 tsp. pepper Place 1 pound shelled shrimp in reclosable plastic bag, add marinade. Close bag, refrigerate 2-4 hours. Drain marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill over hot coals 8-12 minutes. Brush often with reserved marinade. |
