BILL'S MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (14 oz.) pkg. bulk breakfast sausage
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 tbsp. garlic powder
paprika, to taste
1 onion, diced (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (for glaze)

Combine all ingredients in large bowl except tomato sauce. Blend till well mixed. Cut in half and freeze one half for future use.

Form remaining half into loaf on foil lined baking dish. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Add tomato sauce and raise oven temperature to 400°F to glaze.

Note: Cook beef and pork loaves to an internal temperature of 160°F; ground chicken and turkey to 175°F.

Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Will feed family of 5 comfortably.
