PINEAPPLE HONEY HAM IN CROCK-POT
1 (5 lb.) fully cooked half ham (I use boneless black forest)
1 clove garlic

PINEAPPLE HONEY SAUCE:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
4 to 6 oz. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all sauce ingredients in small mixing bowl. Mixture will be thick.

Drizzle a small amount into Crock-Pot to coat bottom of the ham. Coarse chop the garlic clove and sprinkle pieces into bottom of Crock-Pot as well. Place ham on top of this then drizzle the rest of the sauce over the ham.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then switch to LOW for an additional 3 to 4 hours.

Note: Juices that remain after removing the ham can be strained and made into a sweet gravy.
