CREAMED SPINACH | |
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 1 (8 oz.) pkg. creamed cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 sm. onion 1/4 c. toasted, sliced almonds Cook spinach and drain well. Dice the onion and saute in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix the onion, creamed cheese and sour cream. Stir into the spinach. Place in a buttered casserole. Top with the toasted almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. |
