2 pkgs. frozen whole spinach, cooked and chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
Parmesan cheese

Melt cream cheese and butter in oven proof dish. Drain spinach well and pour in mixture, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
