CREAMED SPINACH IN TART SHELLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. grated onion
6 (3") unbaked tart shells

Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. In bowl, combine spinach with soup, salt, pepper, grated onion and flour, stirring well. Spoon into unbaked tart shells. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until shells are browned. Serves 6.
