CREAM CHEESE PECAN TARTS | |
TARTS CRUST: 1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese Mix butter and cream cheese, gradually add flour. Roll into balls and chill for 1 hour. Press into miniature cups. FILLING: 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Mix together egg, sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Place in cream cheese tarts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
