FRUIT CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Fruit pie filling or fresh fruit
12 ready made graham cracker tart shells

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fill shells about 3/4 full. Chill until set (about 2 hours). Top with fruit layer. If using fresh fruit melt appropriate jelly and spoon over fruit. Chill when cool.

It was a huge hit with company!! I used pastry tart shells rather than graham cracker shells... and topped it with fresh fruit and NO jelly.
