CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. It works best if you let the cream cheese soften before mixing other ingredients in. Crush vanilla wafers. (I put approximately 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of crushed wafers in each petit four paper cup. If you can't find the petit four cases, I use small cupcake papers.)

Spoon on cream cheese mixture on top of crushed mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Don't over bake. They don't need to be brown.
