CREAM CHEESE-FRUIT TARTS 
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. assorted fruits (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, grapes or sliced apricots, peaches, plums or figs)
1/3 c. apple jelly, melted

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix baking mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, the butter and 1 package cream cheese in small bowl until dough forms a ball. Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Press each piece in ungreased tart pan, 4 1/4 x 1-inch, or ungreased 10 ounce custard cup (press on bottom and 3/4 up side). Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown; cool.

Beat remaining package of cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and sour cream until smooth. Spoon into tart shells, spreading over bottoms. Top each with 1/4 cup fruits. Brush with jelly.

Makes 6 servings.
